Los Angeles Lakers: Reggie Miller’s Wild LeBron James Jab Viciously Called Out as ‘Incredibly Cowardly’ Nick Wright

Now that the Los Angeles Lakers have been eliminated from championship contention this season, LeBron James has had the privilege of enjoying the NBA Playoffs from the comfort of his own home — not that he enjoys being left out of the competition, though.

Despite not having to do anything with the postseason, however, LeBron still ended up on the receiving end of a savage swipe from Hall of Famer Reggie Miller, who was calling Sunday’s Game 4 matchup between the Minnesota Timberwolves and the Denver Nuggets.

During Sunday’s broadcast, Miller heaped praise on Wolves star Anthony Edwards for taking full responsibility for his team’s loss in Game 3, which led to the Indiana Pacers icon firing a veiled shot in LeBron’s direction:

While Miller did not drop any names, it’s hard to deny that he was referring to James. After all, how many active players out there are “in a lot of people’s Mt. Rushmore”?

Miller’s comments have not been received well by his colleagues in the media, though. For one, FS1’s Nick Wright decided to go scorched earth on Miller for his comments. According to the First Things First host, Miller’s veiled jab was “incredibly cowardly:”

That’s savage. And the truth is, more than a few people feel that way about Miller and his hot take — both fans and pundits alike.
