Is this Stephen Curry’s worst game as a superstar?
Curry had five games where he registered zero point. All those games happened before 2013, his breakout year.
This could be the worst day of his prime years according to Stat Muse as this was his lowest output since becoming a star.
He once scored just 2 points in a game – on March 18, 2018 – but that was because he had to leave early because of an injury. He played just two minutes in that game.
His second lowest output as an established star on meaningful minutes happened on March of 2022 when he was limited to just 3 points by the Boston Celtics.
His third worst performance was on January 2 of 2016 when they played and lost to the Denver Nuggets in overtime. He scored 5 points in 14 minutes of play.
With the loss, the Warriors fell to the 12th spot of Western Conference standings with 14-12, just half a game above the San Antonio Spurs.
