Nika Muhl, Seattle Storm guard, was recently announced to be the newest brand ambassador of the sportswear brand, Under Armour. Muhl is of course not the only ambassador of the brand, which is also being currently represented by Kelsey Plum and Marina Mabrey. It is only understandable that the brand would reach out to Muhl, who is already known to be a highly-fashionable player on and off the court.
Even before making it to the WNBA, Muhl played for the UConn Huskies from 2020 to 2024. Muhl was selected as the 14th overall pick in the second round of the 2024 WNBA draft and has been playing for the Seattle Storm since then. In her rookie season with the Storm, Muhl averaged 0.1 points in each game, with 0.6 rebounds and 0.4 helpers in every matchup.
“Honored to be a part of the @underarmour fam,” Nick Muhl announced on her Instagram, while posing with a sneaker and sitting at an office table with the title ‘Secretary of Defense’, which is her nickname, on the nameplate.
Nika Muhl already has a crazy fashion sense ever since she entered the WNBA. In fact, last year, GQ magazine titled Muhl the ‘Most Stylish Rookie’ in the WNBA, beating Cameron Brink who was second in the list. Muhl has managed to perfectly blend athleticism with fashion, and in previous interviews credited her mother for her impeccable fashion sense.
