The Orlando Magic are on the brink of elimination from the 2025 NBA playoffs after losing 107-98 in Game 4 last Sunday.

Paolo Banchero posted 31 points, seven rebounds, and three assists on 12-for-32 shooting from the field. Franz Wagner had 24 points, six rebounds, and seven assists on 10-for-22 shooting from the field, and Cory Joseph and Anthony Black added 12 and 10 points in the losing effort.
Orlando tied the game at 91 points with 4:18 remaining after a dunk by Wendell Carter Jr., but Boston took over from there, going on a 16-7 run down the stretch.

The Orlando Magic will look to live and fight another day when they face the Boston Celtics in Game 5 at TD Garden later.
Orlando Magic News: Franz Wagner drops eye-opening statement after losing Game 4
Franz Wagner believes the Orlando Magic has yet to play its best basketball in this series. The German international admitted their lack of playoff experience (compared to the Boston Celtics) did them in during Game 4.

“We control a lot of the stuff that happens in a game, and we can play a lot better. I feel like we still haven’t played our best basketball,” Wagner said via Orlando Sentinel’s Jason Beede.
“It wasn’t all bad today. 91-91 with four minutes to go, it can go a lot of different ways. So, we’ll be better in Game 5, and we’ll make sure we come in with the right mentality,” he added.
