Former UConn Huskies and Dallas Wings rookie Paige Bueckers had the best way to praise the look and style of her former teammate and good friend, Azzi Fudd, for the recent 2025 WNBA Draft

In an Instagram post, Azzi Fudd showcased her style and look for the recently concluded event. Under the post, Paige Bueckers wrote down her comment.

    “Popped OFF😍,” Bueckers wrote.

Azzi Fudd turned heads at the 2025 WNBA Draft with a stunning vintage-inspired black wrap dress featuring a deep V-neckline and a sheer flowing skirt. She completed the look with a diamond choker and styled her hair in a sleek, straightened middle part, framing her face elegantly.

More than being the overall No. 1 pick in the draft, Bueckers is also set to receive further honors on her WNBA debut.

The city council of Hopkins, Minnesota, recently passed a motion to honor basketball star Paige Bueckers for her remarkable achievements. It was unanimously approved during an April 15 council meeting.

This special recognition coincides with Bueckers’ professional debut in the WNBA, where she will play for the Dallas Wings against the Minnesota Lynx on May 162. The proclamation designates May 16 as “Paige Bueckers Day” and temporarily renames the city for a day to celebrate her accomplishments. Local businesses in Hopkins are joining the celebration by hosting themed specials and watch parties for the Wings’ season opener.

Paige Bueckers vs Caitlin Clark Matchup Already Sees Massive Ticket Demand

Excitement is building for the highly anticipated WNBA debut game between basketball sensations Caitlin Clark and Paige Bueckers, set to take place on June 27 at the American Airlines Center in Dallas. In response to the overwhelming demand, the Dallas Wings have relocated the game from their regular venue to the much larger American Airlines Center, home of the Dallas Mavericks. Clark herself supported the move, acknowledging the tremendous draw that Bueckers brings to the WNBA stage.

Paige Bueckers, during her final season with the UConn Huskies, averaged 19.9 points, 4.6 assists, and 4.4 rebounds per game. She maintained an impressive 53.4% field goal percentage.
