Paul George approves LiAngelo Ball’s hit song “Tweaked,” which came out a week ago. The track has already garnered praise from NBA players, and George is confident that Ball’s music career will continue to grow.
Ball is currently a free agent in the NBA, allowing him to rebrand his persona to “G3.” Despite the 26-year-old just starting in the music industry, he became viral on social media. His official audio on YouTube, in particular, has reached 280k likes and 7.6 million views.
NBA star Damian Lillard, the Cleveland Cavaliers roster, and Ball’s brothers, Lonzo and LaMelo, have all voiced their support for his music.

In his recent episode of Podcast P, Paul George even compared the former Chino Hills’ music to a renowned rapper.
“I think it’s a legit banger. It’s in every locker room. I know LaVar like, ‘Yes!… He better than Jay-Z. We just needed time to see it,” George said.

George also imagined how Ball’s father, LaVar, would react after seeing the rising success of his second son.

Co-host Jackie Long also gave the OK to Ball’s song, responding to PG-13’s insights about LaVar’s reaction to his son’s music career.
“What I told ya? He the best rapper in the world. He’s better than all of them. I don’t care who you say. I told ya from the beginning I’m about to get a hat made. … Jay-Z wanted to sign him, I said no. He going all the way to Big Baller Studios,” Long said while impersonating LaVar Ball.
Paul George gave up on being the 76ers’ big man, disappointed with his team’s run this season
The Philadelphia 76ers’ upset loss against the New Orleans Pelicans made Paul George rethink his performance with the team. In the post-game interview, Paul George admitted his dismay in defending centers and wants to play more offensively on the court.

“It’s different. I’m used to scrapping and running around and chasing and fighting through screens,” George said.

“To be honest, I’m bored playing the five. It just doesn’t do enough for me. But, I think, being mindful of my ability to clog the middle and kind of help, cut off passing lanes and driving lanes and kind of battle with the bigs, is what Nick [Nurse, 76ers coach] sees in that style. But again, I enjoy chasing the little guys and matching up against wing offensive players.”
Paul George made 25 points and 11 rebounds during the 76ers game against the Pelicans. His team struggles in the East due to the frequent absence of their star center, Joel Embiid, from the court.
The 76ers are in a precarious position as the regular season nears its end, their 15-22 standing insufficient to enter the top 10. They’ll face against the top-seeded Oklahoma City Thunder this Tuesday.
