There’s a lot of excitement surrounding Paul George’s high-profile move to the Philadelphia 76ers — and for good reason. The Sixers now have a legitimate Big 3 on their roster — one that they’re hoping will be enough to lead this team to a championship this coming season.
For his part, it is clear that Tyrese Maxey is all in on the hype as well.
Philadelphia 76ers News: Tyrese Maxey Sounds Off on Paul George’s Arrival

Despite being one of the top wing players in the game today, there are still question marks about George’s fit alongside Maxey and Joel Embiid. Maxey believes, however, that George is talented enough to be able to make whatever adjustments he needs to now that he’s with a new team:
“He’s a guy that you can pick up and plug into any system because of his talent,” Maxey said. “… The sky is the limit.
“Having a guy like Joel Embiid — I feel like that’s still the best player in the league — you have to be able to play off the ball. You have to be able to play in hand-off game with him. You have to do a lot of different things to be versatile, and I think he can do that. I think he could play with second units and lead those units as well.”

Maxey did admit that he still hasn’t figured it out just yet. He’s passed the burden to head coach Nick Nurse, who will now be tasked with determining the best way to play these three stars alongside each other. That’s actually not a problem to have at all.
“We’ll see. That’s Coach Nurse’s job to figure out how we’re going to play,” he said. “I just go out there and do what Coach Nurse tells me to do. So, we’ll figure all that out when the time comes. “
