Sports analyst and broadcaster Skip Bayless has been recently accused of workplace misconduct during his time with Fox Sports 1, with the highlight of the 42-page lawsuit filed being that he allegedly offered $1.5 million to the plaintiff, former FS1 hairstylist Noushin Faraji. However, some people are raising their eyebrows in suspicion, while others have their opinions divided as they see Faraji have alleged things they “knew to be true.”
In one of the recent episodes of Jason Whitlock’s “Fearless,” former NFL defensive end Marcellus Wiley shared his thoughts on Skip Bayless and the allegations he is facing.
While he agrees with Jason Whitlock’s theory that the $1.5 million “offer” was simply a joke that was rephrased and given a “lawyer spin,” he also highlighted how the allegations stated in the lawsuit included things he personally knew to be true.
“It’s interesting because like you said, when you have to go retroactively into your experiences and convey those to a lawyer, a lot of times the tonality is lost in that moment,” Wiley said. “So was that said in jest but it’s a joke or is it for real? Did Skip say it literally? I wasn’t there, but I can see a context in which even in jest you’re just saying [in] like you said a locker room, ‘man for a million dollars I do that man.’ You know, that lands differently on a piece of paper than it does coming out [of] your mouth.”
“But the thing that really hooked me about Noushin’s allegations and the lawsuit, reading through it, I started to realize [that] she said things that I knew were true,” he added. “Now I’m reading them and there were multiple things that I was like, whoa I heard that from that person, whoa that actually happened on that date.”
“And that made me say I got to take this one with more than just a grain of salt because if she’s dropping these these situations these circumstances and I know that to be real, how much of this is real? Is it all or most of it?”
What are The Allegations Against Skip Bayless?
Earlier this week, a lawsuit leaked online that detailed allegations against sports analyst Skip Bayless. Faraji claimed that Skip gave her “lingering hugs and kisses on the cheek while putting his body against hers and pressing against her breasts.”

The highlight of the lawsuit was that Skip Bayless allegedly offered her $1.5 million to have sex with him, and claimed that he could “change her life.”
So far, Skip Bayless has kept his silence on the issue.
