Skip Bayless is a hot topic in the world of sports right now, but for all the reasons that he may not want to be. A lawsuit with more than 40 pages was filed against people from Fox Sports 1, Skip included, alleging acts of sexual harassment and abuse. Particularly, it alleged Skip offered $1.5 million to have sex with an employee. With this news, the internet was quick to throw shade at the sports analyst, saying “LeBron is smiling somewhere.”

Skip Bayless, among other things, was known to be a LeBron James hater. He has given out commentaries hitting at LeBron for so long that both fans and non-fans alike have found entertainment in how much he has dissed LeBron throughout his career as a sports analyst and commentator.

With how serious the allegations against Skip are, the internet already predicted the downfall of his career, with parody accounts on X even announcing his (fake) retirement from the profession.

Some fans took this as an opportunity to throw shade, this time, at Skip Bayless, with some fans pointing out how Skip’s cancellation came first before LeBron James’ retirement.

What Happened to Skip Bayless?
Front Office Sports broke the news of a 42-page lawsuit filed by a former hairstylist from Fox Sports 1 named Noushin Faraji. In the lawsuit, Faraji alleged experiencing multiple accounts of sexual harassment in the workplace during her employment. These allegedly came from the network executives, and Skip Bayless included.

According to the lawsuit, Skip gave Faraji “lingering hugs and kisses on the cheek while putting his body against hers and pressing against her breasts.” At one point, Rafaji alleged that Skip offered her $1.5 million for sex, and said that he could “change her life.”
“Approximately one week later, Mr. Bayless made another advance at Ms. Faraji,” the lawsuit read. “Ms. Faraji responded: ‘Skip, stop, you have a wife.’ Mr. Bayless responded: ‘Aren’t you Muslim? Doesn’t your dad have three to four wives?’ Ms. Faraji responded that her father was dead, and when Mr. Bayless looked taken aback, she made an excuse to leave.”
Skip Bayless has been silent so far about the allegations.
