Sports analyst Skip Bayless was one of the defendants named in a massive lawsuit filed against people from Fox Sports, where a former employee alleged multiple instances of sexual abuse and harassment in the workplace.
In a 42-page lawsuit acquired by Front Office Sports, Skip Bayless was named as one of the alleged sex offenders by Fox Sports’ former hairstylist Noushin Faraji.
According to the lawsuit, Skip Bayless allegedly offered Faraji $1.5 million to have sex with him, adding in the claim that he could “change her life.”

A former Fox Sports hairstylist alleges in a lawsuit that a network executive used “his position to sexually harass women,” as well as that Skip Bayless touched her inappropriately and propositioned her for sex.
This was the peak of the alleged harassment, though, as Faraji also alleged years’ worth of abuse by the analyst, going way back to when she started working for Skip’s show “Undisputed,” where he gave Faraji “lingering hugs and kisses on the cheek while putting his body against hers and pressing against her breasts.”
Faraji, a single mom, stated that she repeatedly declined Skip’s offer, even telling Skip that she has cancer, hoping to halt the alleged sexual advances.
Eventually, Skip even alleged that Faraji had slept with his co-host Shannon Sharpe, which the single mom denied.
“Approximately one week later, Mr. Bayless made another advance at Ms. Faraji,” the lawsuit read. “Ms. Faraji responded: ‘Skip, stop, you have a wife.’ Mr. Bayless responded: ‘Aren’t you Muslim? Doesn’t your dad have three to four wives?’ Ms. Faraji responded that her father was dead, and when Mr. Bayless looked taken aback, she made an excuse to leave.”
The lawsuit also stated that Faraji had lodged multiple complaints to the Human Resources and Employee Relations departments of Fox Sports, but there was no information provided on what actions these departments did to the complaints.

When Did Skip Bayless Work For Fox Sports 1?
Skip Bayless joined Fox Sports 1 in 2016 when he hosted the program “Undisputed” along with Shannon Sharpe. He was known for his program for his unapologetic and confrontational approach to providing sports commentaries.
Often, his bold and controversial stance on issues surrounding sports would lead to heated debates with Sharpe. The tension brought by the heated arguments made “Undisputed” popular and people associated the debate-oriented brand of commentary to Skip.
