Skip Bayless is currently facing a serious case of allegations pointing to sexual harassment towards a former Fox Sports 1 employee, who alleged sexual advances from Skip, even to the point of offering a huge amount of money to sleep with her. The way analyst Jason Whitlock sees it, Skip found himself in this predicament over an imaginary “sexaulympics” against Shannon Sharpe.
In one of the recent episodes of “Fearless” where Jason Whitlock touched on the legal troubles Skip Bayless is facing over a former FS1 employee claiming sexual harassment, Jason Whitlock touched on the case of Skip Bayless and the allegations he is currently facing.
“I think Skip’s a little bit on the spectrum,” Whitlock said. “He’s a weird and different dude and so he’s locked into a competition with Shannon Sharpe in his mind. Shannon Sharpe is somewhat giggling like competition with Skip Bayless. I’m in the NFL Hall of Fame. The thing Skip speculates about as it relates to sports, I know intimately.”

With that said, Whitlock’s take is that Skip may have this “sexualympics” going on inside his head, where he is in competition with his colleague Shannon Sharpe in terms of the number of women they are “getting.”
“Could Skip get in that conversation?” Whitlock said. “Absolutely. Could a lawyer come in years later when this thing spins out of control and turn it into a super negative conversation that makes Skip look like a clown? Yes. That’s how that happens.”
“He started competing with Shannon Sharpe in the ‘sexualympics’ and he got out over his skis and he said something stupid and now a lawyer has it and has turned it into something else—that’s how that goes down.”
Former FS1 Hairstylist Accuses Skip Bayless of Sexual Harassment
Earlier this week, a 42-page lawsuit leaked online, detailing allegations of sexual harassment against people from within Fox Sports 1, including Executive Vice President Charlie Dixon and analyst Skip Bayless.

Filed by former FS1 hairstylist Noushin Faraji, the lawsuit alleged Skip Bayless for “lingering hugs and kisses on the cheek while putting his body against [Faraji] and pressing against her breasts.” The lawsuit also alleged Dixon grabbed Faraji’s buttocks at an event.
Faraji also alleged that Skip Bayless offered her $1.5 million in exchange for sex, and promised her that he could “change her life.”

The lawsuit also included accounts stating that FS1 host Joy Taylor dismissed Fraji when she shared her sexual harassment woes, with Taylor allegedly telling her to “get over it.”
Skip Bayless is yet to break his silence over the issue and allegations thrown his way.
