Everyone is posting New Year wishes, including NBA legendary player Steph Curry. Curry seems to be quite excited in starting off the New Year with wife Ayesha Curry and posted an adorable selfie to prove the same. The star has had quite an impressive previous year with the Golden State Warriors and will try to improve their rankings in the Western Conference in 2025.
Steph Curry wore heart-shaped ‘Happy New Year’ sunglasses, while his wife Ayesha Curry wore a headband with the same words. Steph Curry seemed to be flashing a lop-sided gangsta smile, while Ayesha Curry had a doll-faced somber look.
“2025 with my Ish!” Steph Curry captioned the post.

With Steph Curry leading the way for them, the Golden State Warriors are currently ranked tenth in the Western Conference after winning 16 games and losing 16. In their most recent matchup, the Warriors played against the Cleveland Cavaliers and lost the game with a final score of 113-95.
In that game, Curry managed to chalk up 11 points in total, grabbing a pair of rebounds, while assisting thrice. This season, Curry is averaging 22 points in each game, while grabbing 4.7 rebounds and assisting 6.4 times in every matchup played.
Steph Curry’s Mom, Sonya Curry, Opens Up About Adultery In Her Marriage
Sonya Curry, Steph Curry’s mother, split up from her husband, Dell Curry back in 2021 after a highly publicized separation. The two separated after spending 33 years together and did quite a bit of dirty laundry in public by accusing each other of infidelity. While many aspects of their separation and divorce were quite well-known to the public, Sonya Curry clearly had more tea to spend on the matter.
In a recent episode of ‘The Travis Hearn Podcast’, Sonya Curry discussed experiencing infidelity in her marriage and drew comparisons to her and Eve in the Bible. It was definitely an emotional scene with Curry mentioning how she was Eve who wanted to know more than she already did.
“I was going through the Bible, and … I’m Eve. I’m the one who knew better, but wanted to know more. I’m Sarah, who God said, you’re gonna have a child. And I was like, I’m gonna make this happen now.”
In the Bible, Eve, the first woman, is deceived by the serpent who entices her to eat the forbidden fruit. She does not stop there, and goes on to share the fruit with her husband, Adam the first man. For this sin, God throws them out of the Garden of Eden.
