Team USA took care of business on Wednesday night as they held off a determined Canada side in an exhibition game in Las Vegas. Phoenix Suns superstar Devin Booker got the nod to start, and he did his bit to help his team emerge with an 86-72 victory.
After the game, Booker also had to deal with some typical Dillon Brooks antics after the Houston Rockets star failed to help Canada upset the hosts.
Team USA News: Dillon Brooks Disrespects Devin Booker
After logging nine points on 4-fo-6 shooting, to go along with two rebounds, two assists, and one triple in 20 minutes of action, Booker spoke to the press in his post-game interview to discuss what’s ahead for Team USA:
Devin Booker and some Team USA players were doing postgame media availability when Dillon Brooks walked right through the line in between the players and media. Classic Brooks, who could’ve gone around the whole crowd pic.twitter.com/QewAlK8MUj

Brooks was up to his usual antics again as he walked past Booker right in the middle of the latter’s interview. Knowing the Rockets veteran, you can be sure that that was 100% intentional.
You have to give credit to Booker for remaining professional and carrying on with his interview despite the interruption. You can see in his not-so-obvious reaction that the Suns star was a little bit annoyed by Brooks and the latter’s act of disrespect.
Instead of reacting and giving Brooks exactly what he wanted, Booker took the high road by completely ignoring the polarizing forward.
