Los Angeles Lakers: Skip Bayless Finds Way To Hate on LeBron James Even in Win

For as long as anyone can remember Skip Bayless has always been hating on LeBron James and almost everything he has done in his NBA career. And even with a win, the Los Angeles Lakers star isn’t off the leash, as far as the Undisputed host is concerned.

Just recently, the Lakers handled their business against the Cleveland Cavaliers by getting the 116-97 win over them. In that game, D’Angelo Russell led the way for Los Angeles by dropping 28 points, five rebounds, and two assists. James had 24 points, five rebounds, and 12 assists, while All-Star big man Anthony Davis added 22 points, 13 rebounds, and four assists.

The Cavaliers, meanwhile, saw Darius Garland post 26 points, two assists, and five steals for his team. Jarrett Allen had a double-double of 12 points and 12 rebounds, while Caris LeVert had a big game from the bench by scoring 21 points. Unfortunately, Donovan Mitchell had a bad night with just 10 points and seven assists in 38 minutes on the court.

The win helped Los Angeles reach the eighth-seed with 45 wins and 33 losses. They are now just one game behind the seventh-seeded New Orleans Pelicans. The Cavs, on the other hand, are still in third place in the Eastern Conference, but are in danger of losing the spot to the Paolo Banchero-led Orlando Magic.

Skip Bayless Blasts LeBron James Even in Los Angeles Lakers Win Over Cleveland Cavaliers

During the Lakers’ game against Cleveland, Bayless was still blasting James. Shown below are two tweets posted by the Undisputed host about what the King did and didn’t do during the game.

“LeBron runs up the tunnel to the locker room about 20 seconds before the end of a blowout win. Always sending the message he’s above and apart from teammates. He also played 36 more minutes today – top 5 in NBA minutes per game, planting the “ran out of gas” playoff excuse,” Bayless tweeted first.

“Lakers, down 4 in the 3rd, just went on a 17-0 run featuring only 2 points on a layup by LeBron. Please don’t tell me he doesn’t have enough help.” He added in another tweet.

This isn’t the first time Bayless has posted critical tweets against the Los Angeles Lakers star. Throughout the years, the host has always shone a spotlight on all things LeBron and found a way to throw shade at him at any given occasion.

Even if that’s the case, the Lakers are firing at all cylinders, just in time for the playoffs. With LeBron James leading the charge, Bayless will surely be keeping a close eye on him in the coming months.
