One of the worst things that could happen for the Milwaukee Bucks right now would be for Damian Lillard to suffer some sort of injury. The Bucks have already been without Giannis Antetokounmpo (calf strain) for the first two games of their first-round series against the Indiana Pacers, and the former back-to-back MVP had to watch from the sidelines again in Game 3.
Unfortunately, Lillard went down in the first quarter on Friday due to what appears to be a left leg injury. He had to be helped off the floor as he headed back to the locker room to get himself checked.
Milwaukee Bucks News: Damian Lillard Heads to Locker Room in First Quarter of Game 3 Vs. Pacers
Lillard suffered the injury in the opening quarter of Game 3. Pacers star Pascal Siakam appears to have landed on his foot as the latter contested Dame’s lay-up attempt. Lillard immediately fell to the floor and was wincing in pain as he grabbed his leg:

Dame could not put any weight on the leg as he limped to the bench with the assistance of his teammates and the coaching staff. He then headed back to the locker room to assess the extent of the injury.
Thankfully, Lillard was able to return to the game shortly after the knock. The Bucks can’t afford to lose him right now, and it is clear that Dame will play through the injury as they look to upset the Pacers at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis to recapture home-court advantage in this series.
