The Oakland Golden Grizzlies may have lost in the Round of 32 of the NCAA Tournament, but senior guard Jack Gohlke keeps on winning amid March Madness.

How exactly? Well, off the court that is!

The Golden Grizzlies’ Cinderella run in March Madness abruptly came to an end after they lost to the NC State Wolfpack. There were high hopes that they would be able to replicate their success against Kentucky in the opening round, but while they fought valiantly, they came up short in the end.

With that said, one of the most fascinating stories in the NCAA Tournament ended rather quickly. But that only goes for Oakland, as their hero against Kentucky in Gohlke continues to make headlines and benefit from the beautiful epic he helped wrote.

After their tournament exit, the NIL deals keep coming for Gohlke. He’s basically winning off the court.

Gohlke recently signed an NIL deal with Buffalo Wild Wings, which is now atop the one he signed with TurboTax. Furthermore, he has released his own merchandise and even gained 60,000 followers on social media, per On3 Sports.

For a senior who acknowledged the fact that he won’t be going to the NBA, Gohlke certainly put himself in a good position to earn a lot of money.

Jack Gohlke definitely deserves what he’s currently getting, though. He made history for the Oakland Golden Grizzlies, and gave the fanbase something to remember for a long time.

In the first round against the no. 3 seed Kentucky Wildcats, Gohlke helped the 14th-seeded Oakland deliver the first true upset of the NCAA Tournament. The 24-year-old exploded in the contest with 10 triples en route to 30 points.

His performance allowed the Golden Grizzlies edge out the Wildcats 80-76 to book a date with the NC State Wolfpack in the Round of 32. Gohlke also made history with his 10 makes from deep, as it is the second most in a game in NCAA Tournament history and just one shy of the all-time record.

Sure enough, Gohlke’s heroics will be remembered for a long time.
