Jason Kidd’s career as a basketball player was heads and shoulders above that of Ty Lue’s. However, in terms of coaching, it appears that the Los Angeles Clippers head coach is winning the battle against the Dallas Mavericks sideline boss. That was highlighted in the Clippers’ 109-97 victory at home over Kidds’ Mavs even though LA missed the services of its best player in Kawhi Leonard.

Fans Think Los Angeles Clippers Ty Lue is Outcoaching Mavs’ Jason Kidd

Basketball fans made sure to bring up how Lue seemed to have outcoached Kid, who said after the game that Dallas simply was not able to make its shots in explaining the loss to Los Angeles.
“We might have collectively underrated the Ty Lue vs. Jason Kidd matchup when previewing Clippers-Mavs,” said @btoporek.
“Ty Lue is completely out coaching Jason Kidd,” shared @syquoria_77.
“Ty Lue is dancing circles around Kidd it’s so embarrassing,” observed @mavsmarie.
“So far Ty Lue has made Kidd look like a high school coach. We’ll see if the Mavs are actually prepared to play in the 1st half in Game 2,” lamented @MFFL_5.
From @LucasJHann: “The Clippers’ biggest matchup advantage in this series is Ty Lue vs Jason Kidd.”
“What makes me scared about this mavs series is ty lue can make adjustments. We saw in the wcf year Jason kidd can do it in series but idk if he can do it in game as much as ty lue can,” chimed in @AmarisNV.
Via @codynigg: “Mavericks need to be disqualified because of this game. Ty Lue is telling Kidd he’s a bum and nobody loves him”
Anothe one from @BornHillsOnly: “I’m sorry, but if Jason Kidd out here getting outcoached by Ty Lue, you gotta start applying for a CDL”
