The Milwaukee Bucks’ championship hopes may have just taken a major blow on Tuesday night. This is after former back-to-back MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo was forced to exit in the third quarter of their marquee matchup against the Boston Celtics.
Giannis suffered a non-contact injury and collapsed to the ground with what appears to be some sort of leg issue. He had to immediately head to the locker room after the play.

The fact that he sustained the knock without contact is the most concerning part about this development. It is unclear if Giannis will be able to return to the game.
