The Boston Celtics suffered arguably their most brutal loss of the season on Monday at the hands of a Trae Young-less Atlanta Hawks. The final score wasn’t all that bad as the Hawks escaped with a 120-118 win at the State Farm Arena.
However, the fact that the Celtics shockingly blew a 30-point lead in this game is a testament to their horrendous performance on Monday night.
Boston Celtics Star Jayson Tatum Called Out for Excessive Complaining
There was understandably a ton of frustration on the side of the Celtics on Monday as they watched the Hawks mount one of the biggest comebacks of the season. For his part, Boston superstar Jayson Tatum could not help but air some of his bottled-up emotions on the game officials:

That’s a savage jab from the Hawks broadcast team. For those that require context, Iowa Hawkeyes star Caitlin Clark, despite her historic campaign, has received a ton of criticism for her knack for arguing with referees during games. So, this shot from the commentator actually hits two birds with one stone.
Even Caitlin Clark’s Dad Seems Fed Up With Daughter’s Constant Complaining
Clark’s dad recently went viral after he was caught on video reacting to his daughter’s antics. Brent Clark appears to have shouted, “Stop!” as he watched Caitlin arguing with a referee during a March Madness game:
STOP… Caitlin Clark's father is clearly getting tired of watching her complain to the refs.

For what it’s worth, Clark is still well on her way to bagging the Naismith Women’s Player of the Year this season amid her historic campaign. This is in spite of all the naysayers claiming that she complains too much.
Now do you see the comparison between Tatum and Clark? The Hawks broadcasting team certainly seems to do so.
