Boston Celtics superstar Jaylen Brown came out with a mission on Thursday night. The three-time All-Star led the charge for the Celtics with a 40-point explosion to secure a 126-110 victory against the Indiana Pacers in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals.
Thanks to Brown’s heroics, Boston is now up 2-0 and is just a couple of wins away from yet another NBA Finals berth.
Boston Celtics News: Jaylen Brown Speaks Out on All-NBA Snub
Brown’s eye-opening performance comes just 24 hours after the 6-foot-6 forward was snubbed from a spot on the 2023-24 All-NBA Team. When asked to share his thoughts on not being included in any of the three top-tier squads, Brown dropped the mic with an epic response:
Jaylen isn't concerned about All-NBA right now 😅 pic.twitter.com/97wqV4YNnb

Brown’s comments are even more resounding after he went off in Game 2. The Celtics star scored a game-high 40 points on 14-of-27 shooting, to go along with four triples, five rebounds, two assists, and a steal in 37 minutes of action.
The Pacers simply had no answer for Brown’s hot hand as this series now heads into Indiana for Games 3 and 4. At this point, there’s no denying that it’s the Celtics who are in the driver’s seat in the East Finals.
He might not admit it, but Brown appears to have taken the disrespect personally. He responded in the best way possible by letting his game do the talking. He followed it up with one of the best quotes in the playoffs thus far.
