Best waiver wire adds fantasy managers can make for week 19 based on Yahoo Fantasy Scoring and Roster percentages.
Josh Hart, SG/SF, 72% Rostered
Josh Hart has been dominant for the past several weeks since being moved into the starting lineup for the Knicks and may receive an even more substantial role with Brunson exiting Sunday’s game after a knee injury. Though most fantasy managers won’t be able to add Josh Hart to their lineups, some 8-10 team league managers should check if the do-it-all guard is available. Josh Hart has started the last 15 games for the Knicks, averaging 12.8 points, 10.9 rebounds, and 5.9 assists. Hart put up a triple-double in his most recent match with two steals and blocks each. On Sunday, Hart scored 13 points, dished out ten assists, and grabbed a career-high 19 rebounds after securing 18 rebounds in the previous game against the Warriors.
Bennedict Mathurin, SG/SF, 63%

— Indiana Pacers (@Pacers) February 27, 2024
Over his last five games, Mathurin has averaged 18.4 points, 6.4 rebounds, 3.6 assists, and 1.2 steals per game, shooting 44% from the field and over 45% from three. With Haliburton still struggling through his hamstring injury, Bennedict Mathurin has stepped up on the offensive end, scoring over 30 points twice last month.
Trey Murphy, SF/PF, 59%

— Brett Usher (@UsherNBA) March 2, 2024
Since the All-Star weekend, Trey Murphy has been playing over 33 minutes per game, averaging 15 points, six rebounds, and three assists per game, along with being a great contributor on the defensive end with 1.5 steals and nearly one block in his six games since the break. Murphy may receive an increased role as he has recently gotten hot since the break as the Pelicans continue pushing to remain in the 5th seed and avoid falling into the Play-In Tournament.
Marvin Bagley III, PF/C, 57%
Marvin Bagley III is a menace on the offensive glass #ForTheDistrict pic.twitter.com/mikkSiBaXn
— Brett Usher (@UsherNBA) February 26, 2024
Marvin Bagley has averaged 13.4 points and 8.9 rebounds, with half of those coming on the offensive glass, along with nearly a steal and over one block over his last ten starts with Washington. If the Wizards start the 2018 number 2 overall pick, Bagley could become a massive asset to fantasy managers for the rest of the season.
Caris Levert, SG/SF, 42%
THE ❌-FACTOR. 📈 #LetEmKnow@CarisLeVert | 14 PTS, 15 AST, 7 REB pic.twitter.com/St3wVY6xgl
— Cleveland Cavaliers (@cavs) February 29, 2024
Caris Levert is known to be a scorer but has shown flashes in other categories that could benefit fantasy managers. Since the All-Star break, Levert has had two double-doubles. Against Washington, Levert had a near triple-double with 18 points, 12 rebounds, and eight assists. In his most recent game, Levert showed his playmaking abilities with 15 assists and 14 points against the Bulls.
Royce O’Neale, SG/SF, 38%

— CantGuardBook (@CGBBURNER) February 25, 2024
Royce O’Neale has averaged nearly 30 minutes each game in his last five matchups, putting up 12 points per game and grabbing about eight rebounds. He’s shown great potential with Phoenix in his previous couple of games, even getting a few starts. Against Los Angeles, O’Neale scored 20 points while grabbing nine rebounds, two steals, and a block. He followed that start with an all-around performance, scoring 11 points, six rebounds, seven assists, three steals, and a block, and in his most recent game, he had a 20-point double with ten rebounds.
Tre Mann, PG/SG, 38%
An observation I noted after the first 3 games and it has held up is Tre Mann's ability to get rebounds, loose balls, and steals with his anticipation.
Since his debut in Charlotte, he's totaled 28 deflections (1st on the team), 4 recovered lose-ball (2nd), and 42 DREB (3rd). pic.twitter.com/81KCLRubBZ
— Richie (@richierandall) March 3, 2024
Since being traded to the Charlotte Hornets, Tre Mann has operated as the starting point guard, with Lamelo Ball potentially not suiting up for the rest of the season. Mann has scored in double digits in five of his seven starts, averaging 11.6 points, 5.2 rebounds, and around five assists per game, along with an impressive 1.6 steals per game in his time with Charlotte.
Kyle Lowry, PG, 27%

Kyle Lowry was released at the trade deadline, opening the door for the 37-year-old to play for his hometown, Philadelphia, returning after last playing for Villanova nearly two decades ago in college. In his last two games with the 76ers, Lowry has been moved to the starting lineup, putting up a double-double in a win against Charlotte, followed on Sunday by eight points, four rebounds, seven assists, a steal, and a block against the Mavericks.
Corey Kispert, SG/SF, 25%
Happy 25th birthday to #24 Corey Kispert #ForTheDistrict pic.twitter.com/kjeresU4Be
— Joseph Swam (@joeswam) March 3, 2024
With how the Wizards’ season has gone, it would be no surprise if they begin shutting down some of their other players as they are racing to the finish line against the Detroit Pistons to see who will have the worst record in the league. In February, Corey Kispert averaged 17.3 points per game, scoring over 20 points in seven games over the month while making three shots from deep each night on good shooting splits, 50% from the field and 38% from three. If Kispert can find a solid role with Washington down the stretch of the season, he could do some damage for fantasy managers looking for a three-point marksman.
Terance Mann, SG/SF, 18%
Terance Mann TO THE RACK 💪
LAL-LAC on ESPN pic.twitter.com/yjwOPsxzI8
— NBA (@NBA) February 29, 2024
In his five games since the All-Star break, Terance Mann has come out hot, scoring over 14.6 points, 6.6 rebounds, and 2.6 assists while shooting around 65% from the field and 50% from deep. The efficiency Mann is displaying right now won’t be sustainable. Still, with reports sounding like Russell Westbrook may be out for the rest of the fantasy season, Mann could provide value to fantasy managers if he can capitalize on an increased workload.
Jabari Walker, SF/PF, 13%
WHAT A PASS 🤯 pic.twitter.com/H4CEeYtxFj
— Portland Trail Blazers (@trailblazers) March 3, 2024
Jabari Walker has had back-to-back double-doubles to start in March, giving him seven double-doubles on the season with 19 points, ten rebounds, two steals, and a block, followed by 18 points and 12 rebounds the next night. The second-year wing out of Colorado may see more extensive minutes down the season’s closing stretch.
Taylor Hendricks, PF, 11%
Taylor Hendricks is really figuring it out
Impressive defense, legit threat as a shooter, even showing flashes of self creation pic.twitter.com/5rzCjZ9sdQ
— Jazz Lead (@JazzLead) March 2, 2024
Taylor Hendricks has gotten five straight starts since coming out of the All-Star break and may receive an increased role as players like Walker Kessler and Lauri Markannen potentially resting multiple games nearing the end of a disappointing season for Utah. Hendricks has averaged 9.4 points and 8 rebounds per game along with around one steal and one block.
