Golden State Warriors star Draymond Green officially lasted just three minutes and 36 seconds into Wednesday’s bout against the Orlando Magic. This is after the former Defensive Player of the Year got himself ejected so early on in the opening period.
Green was unhappy with a call that was made by the referee and he just could not help but complain incessantly, forcing the game official to toss him from the contest.
Golden State Warriors Star Draymond Green Ejected Vs. Magic
Green wasted no time resuming his role as a thorn in the game officials’ side on Wednesday night. To be fair, the referees were very patient with the outspoken veteran as they let Green air out his frustration. He clearly crossed the line, though:

Green just wouldn’t let up after getting his first tech. He continued berating the referee, and it seems that he may have gone overboard as he was walking toward the bench.
It is clear that the four-time All-Star knew exactly what he was getting himself into as he walked directly to the locker room after his ejection without even complaining.
You can’t fault Green for the fire he brings to the table night in and night out, but this is another instance wherein he’s gone too far. The Warriors are already without Jonathan Kuminga (knee) in this one, and losing another one of their most important players is a significant blow for the entire squad.
