Throughout his legendary run in the NBA, LeBron James has been known for keeping his cool most of the time. But during a game between the Los Angeles Lakers and Washington Wizards, the King snapped at a certain point, leading the All-Star to fire a NSFW message toward a referee.
In that particular game, the Lakers got the 125-120 win over Washington in their own home court. Anthony Davis had a monster performance by dropping 35 points and 18 rebounds in 38 minutes on the court. Apart from running the Lakers offense and getting nine assists, James efficiently scored 25 points and grabbed seven rebounds.
The Wizards were led by Jordan Poole on the offensive end, thanks to his 29 points and five assists. Kyle Kuzma and Corey Kispert posted 17 points each, with the former grabbing 12 rebounds along the way. Meanwhile, Tristan Vukcevic added 15 points for Washington in 21 minutes on the floor.
The win helped Los Angeles create some distance from the 10th seeded-Golden State Warriors. However, they are still projected to fall down to the Play-In Tournament and earn their playoff spot from there. The Wizards, meanwhile, are expected to finish the regular season on a poor note, sending them back again to the lottery.
Los Angeles Lakers Star LeBron James Blasts Referee During Game Against Washington Wizards
At some point during the first half, James was about to attack the basket at full speed. Turns out, the Lakers star encountered physical contact from Wizards forward Deni Avdija.
Naturally, James expressed his frustration for the no-call. This time, though, the four-time NBA champion used a NSFW approach, which can be seen in a video posted by LakeShowYo on X:
“Call the f*cking foul, b*tch a** n****”
LeBron is sick of the refs 😭

It’s not very often for James to lose his cool at a referee while a match is going on. This time, though, it seemed that the Lakers star had enough and let out some steam before the first half ended.
With only a couple more games before the regular season is done, James would do well to keep his temper in check or a technical might be called on him. In any case, the All-Star forward still has a lot of battles ahead in the coming weeks.
